摘要
目的观察细致化护理对急诊重症脑梗死患者并发症的影响。方法将我院急诊2021年2月至2022年2月收治的66例重症脑梗死患者按照是否行细致化护理分为对照组(33例,行常规护理)与试验组(33例,行细致化护理),比较两组患者的护理干预效果。结果试验组住院诊疗期间并发症发生率(21.21%)明显低于对照组(48.48%),数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组持续住院治疗2周后血管性假血友病因子(vWF)、血栓调节蛋白(TM)等血管内皮细胞损伤标志物检测结果均高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗2周后总有效率(93.93%)显著高于对照组(75.76%),数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊重症脑梗死患者细致化护理干预效果可提升治疗效果,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To observe the effect of meticulous nursing on the complications of patients with acute severe cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-six patients with severe cerebral infarction in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were divided into control group(33 cases,routine nursing)and experimental group(33 cases,meticulous nursing)according to whether they received meticulous nursing,and the nursing intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group(21.21%)was significantly lower than 48.48%in the control group(P<0.05).The results of vWF,TM and other vascular endothelial cell injury markers in the experimental group after two weeks of continuous hospitalization were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group(93.93%)was significantly higher than 75.76%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of meticulous nursing intervention in emergency patients with severe cerebral infarction can improve the treatment effect and reduce the incidence of complications.
