“双协同”视角下产教融合的创新实践——以上海应用技术大学为例

摘要 本文针对产教融合在实施层面的“合而难融”等问题,以上海应用技术大学为例,从协同创新与协同育人“双协同”理念出发,探索实践产教融合“双协同”人才培养模式,提出对接产业发展优化学科专业布局、搭建“三级平台”赋能产教融合创新路径、建设现代产业学院、创新产教联动发展机制、共建高水平协同创新平台促协同育人、创新优化能力导向产教融合的研究生课程体系五个方面的具体做法,为地方应用型高校创新发展提供了新思路、新范式。 In view of the problems of"Easy merge but difficulty integration"in the implementation of integration of industry and education,Take Shanghai Institute of Technology(SIT)as the main research object,base the concept of collaborative innovation and collaborative education"double collaboration",explore and practice the"double synergy"talent training mode of production-education integration.We propose that optimize the layout of disciplines and specialties by connecting with industrial development and build a"three-level platform"enabling innovation path of production-education integration,we established five specific practices which included enable the innovation path of production-education integration,build a modern industrial college,innovate the production-education linkage development mechanism,build a high-level collaborative innovation platform to promote collaborative education and innovate and optimize the capability-oriented graduate curriculum system of productioneducation integration,which providing new ideas and a new paradigm for the innovative development of local application-oriented colleges and universities.
