摘要
目的分析30岁及以上妊娠糖尿病患者血脂特点及其对妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2021年1月—2022年4月在吉林市中心医院治疗的妊娠糖尿病患者76例为研究对象。根据孕妇年龄的不同分为30岁以下妊娠糖尿病组(40例)和30岁及以上妊娠糖尿病组(38例)。检验两组孕妇的血糖、血脂指标,并比较妊娠结局。结果两组患者血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。30岁及以上妊娠糖尿病组总胆固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG)指标高于30岁以下妊娠糖尿病组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)低于30岁以下妊娠糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。30岁及以上妊娠糖尿病组早产和呼吸窘迫等发生率高于30岁以下妊娠糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同年龄妊娠糖尿病患者的血糖指标检测结果未见差异。但30岁及以上的妊娠糖尿病患者TC和TG指标偏高,HDL-C指标偏低,且不良妊娠结局发生率高于30岁以下妊娠糖尿病患者。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of blood lipid results in pregnant women with diabetes aged 30 years and over and their impact on pregnancy outcomes.Methods From January 2021 to April 2022,76 patients with gestational diabetes were selected as research object in Jilin Central Hospital.According to the different age of pregnant women,the pregnant women were divided into the diabetes group of pregnancy under 30 years old(40cases)and the diabetes group of pregnancy over 30 years old(38 cases).Tested the blood glucose,blood lipid of the two groups of pregnant women,and compared the pregnancy outcomes.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)test results(P>0.05).Total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)indexes in diabetes group of pregnancy aged 30 years and over were higher than those in diabetes group of pregnancy aged less than 30 years,and high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)was lower than those in diabetes group of pregnancy aged less than 30 years,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of premature delivery and respiratory distress in diabetes group of pregnancy aged 30 years and over was higher than that in diabetes group of pregnancy aged less than 30 years,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in the blood glucose test results among pregnant women with diabetes at different ages.However,in patients with gestational diabetes who are over 30 years old,TC and TG indicators are on the high side and HDL-C indicators are on the low side,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was higher than that in the diabetes pregnancy under 30 years old.
