摘要
继国家治理体系与能力现代化之后,中共二十大提出国家安全体系与能力现代化的新时代命题。在国家安全现代化视阈下,中国边疆学的学科建设需要进一步反思来路,规划前程。无论是学科建设六要素(学科定位、学科队伍、科学研究、人才培养、学科基地、学科管理),还是高等教育部门“学科六定”(特色、方向、团队、平台、目标、考核),都对中国边疆学提出新的要求。中国边疆学的实质是国家边疆学,进一步把握“国家之边疆”的学科对象、学科框架,有助于中国边疆学夯实基础、把握方向。以国家国土国民安全与边疆地区区域协调发展的现实需要为抓手,调整中国边疆学的研究方向,成为第二个百年的大势所趋与新时代主题式增长点。
Following the modernization of national governance system and capacity,the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)put forward the new era proposition of modernizing national security system and capacity.In the context of national security modernization,the disciplinary construction of Chinese frontier studies needs to further reflect on the way forward and plan its future.Whether it is the six elements of discipline construction(discipline orientation,discipline team,scientific research,personnel training,discipline base,discipline management)or the"six definitions of disciplines"(characteristics,directions,teams,platforms,goals,and assessments)in the higher education sector,new requirements are put forward for Chinese frontier studies.The essence of Chinese frontier studies is national frontier studies,and further understanding the disciplinary object and framework of"national frontier"will help Chinese frontier studies to consolidate its foundation and grasp its direction.Taking the real needs of national security and the coordinated development of frontier regions as the grasp,the research direction of Chinese frontier studies has become a major trend in the second century and a thematic growth point in the new era.
