摘要 介绍600/50R22.5农田/公路两用型全钢农业子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1172 mm,断面宽620 mm,行驶面宽度575 mm,行驶面弧度高18 mm,胎圈着合直径572 mm,胎圈着合宽度515 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_(1)/H_(2))0.94,胎面采用以横沟为主的横纵混合花纹沟,花纹深度18 mm,花纹周节数34,花纹饱和度53.4%。施工设计:胎面采用单层设计,胎体采用0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线,3层带束层均采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型机成型、活络模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、耐久性能和高速性能均达到国家标准及相应设计要求。 The design on 600/50R22.5 all-steel agricultural radial tire for farmland and highway was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1172 mm,cross-section width 620 mm,width of running surface 575 mm,arc height of running surface 18 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 572 mm,bead width at rim seat 515 mm,maximum width position of cross section(H_(1)/H_(2))0.94,using the horizontal and vertical mixed pattern grooves mainly composed of horizontal grooves for tread,pattern depth 18 mm,number of pattern pitches 34,and block/total ratio 53.4%.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using single compound design for tread,using 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord for carcass,3+8×0.33HT steel cord for all 3 layers of belts,using one-stage building machine to build tires and segmented mold curing press to cure tires.The test results of the finished tire showed that the inflation peripheral dimension,durability and high-speed performance of the finished tire met the requirements of national standard and corresponding design.
