摘要
西藏高校学前教育专业作为培养西藏优质幼教师资的主阵地,其课程建设水平直接影响人才培养质量,进而影响西藏学前教育高质量发展。然而当前课程建设中存在课程目标“重教书、轻育人”、课程内容“重理论、轻实践”、课程实施“重讲授、轻启发”、课程评价“重结果、轻过程”等困境,无法满足西藏学前教育内涵式发展对优质师资的迫切需求。课程建设应重塑基本理路,以“立德树人”为根本宗旨,以“两性一度”为建设标准,以“学生中心”为逻辑起点,以“过程表现”为着力要点,通过整合课程目标、贯通课程内容、优化课程实施、革新课程评价等实践路径,整体提升课程质量,从而提高人才培养实效。
As the main front of training high-quality preschool teachers in Tibet,the curriculum construction level of preschool education major in colleges and universities directly affects the quality of talent cultivation,and thus affects the high-quality development of preschool education in Tibet.However,there are some difficul⁃ties in the curriculum construction,such as“put more emphasis on teaching than educating people”,“put more emphasis on theory than practice”,“put more emphasis on teaching than inspiration”,and“put more emphasis on result than process”,which cannot meet the urgent needs of quality teachers for the conformal development of preschool education in Tibet.Curriculum construction should be reshaping the basic principle,with“foster virtue through education”as the fundamental purpose,“higher order,innovative,challenges”as the construction stan⁃dard,“learner-centered”as the logical starting point,“process performance”as the key point,through the inte⁃gration of curriculum objectives,through the content of the curriculum,optimization of curriculum implementa⁃tion,innovation of curriculum evaluation and other practical paths,to improve the overall quality of curriculum,so as to improve the effectiveness of talent cultivation.
