摘要
自从2003年,国家提出“一带一路”倡议以来,中国在“一带一路”沿线国家(地区)的直接投资规模不断提高,投资领域、投资范围也在扩展,今后,中国对外直接投资企业要以高质量共建“一带一路”为目标,优化对外直接投资结构,提高对外直接投资的质量。在分析中国在“一带一路”沿线直接投资特点的基础上,进一步分析中国企业在直接投资过程中所面临的各种挑战,诸如各引资国家投资便利化水平差异明显,局部地区政局不稳、军事冲突不断,各国间文化存在着差异,国际投资保护主义抬头等不利因素,尝试从培养竞争模式、开展绿色直接投资、切实履行社会责任、积极应对投资保护主义、尊重并包容各国的文化差异等角度提出中国在“一带一路”沿线开展可持续直接投资的路径。
Since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward in 2003,China's direct investment in countries and regions involved BRI has continued to increase in scale,investment fields and investment scope.In the future,China's foreign direct investment enterprises should aim to jointly build the Belt and Road with high quality,optimize the structure of foreign direct investment,and improve the quality of foreign direct investment.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of China's direct investment along the Belt and Road,this paper further analyzes the various challenges faced by Chinese enterprises in the process of direct investment,such as the obvious differences in the level of investment facilitation in the countries attracting investment,political instability in some regions,continuous military conflicts,cultural differences among countries,the rise of international investment protectionism and other adverse factors.The path of China's sustainable direct investment along the route of the Belt and Road Initiative is proposed from the perspective of cultivating competition mode,developing green direct investment,fulfilling social responsibilities,positively coping with investment protectionism,respecting and accommodating cultural differences among countries.
