摘要
综述了近α型钛合金热处理工艺的研究现状,从退火处理和固溶时效角度出发,详细阐述了加热温度、保温时间、冷却速度等热处理工艺参数对组织性能的影响。通过改变热处理参数,可有效改变近α型钛合金的显微组织和相组成,进而改善钛合金的综合性能,以此来满足实际生产需求,并对近α型钛合金工业化应用进行了展望。
In this paper,the research status of heat treatment process for nearαtitanium alloy is summarized,and the effects on the microstructure and properties of heat treatment process parameters including heating temperature,holding time and cooling rate are expounded in detail from the perspective of annealing treatment and solution aging.By changing the heat treatment parameters,the microstructure and phase composition of nearαtitanium alloy can be effectively changed,and then the comprehensive properties of titanium alloy can be improved to meet the actual production requirements,and the industrial application of nearαtitanium alloy is predicted.
