新时代绿色消费存在的问题和转型对策探究

摘要 “十三五”时期是我国绿色消费发展的战略机遇期,绿色消费落实创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享新发展理念,是实现经济社会高质量发展的重要举措。“十四五”时期是我国消费升级的关键时期,“绿色消费”和“可持续发展”受到广泛关注,保护环境、减少污染、节约能源、防止公害的呼声越来越高。本文从绿色消费内涵、绿色消费中存在的问题进行分析,并借鉴发达国家的成功经验,提出实施“绿色消费”的对策措施,以期推动绿色消费健康可持续发展。 The“13th Five-Year Plan”period is a strategic opportunity period for the development of green consumption in China.Green consumption implements the new development concept of innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing,and is an important measure to achieve high-quality economic and social development.The“14th Five-Year Plan”period is a critical period for China’s consumption upgrading,and green consumption and sustainable development have received widespread attention,with calls to protect the environment,reduce pollution,save energy and prevent public hazards also getting louder and louder.This paper analyzes the connotations of green consumption,and the problems in green consumption,and proposes countermeasures to implement green consumption concerning the successful experience of developed countries,to promote the healthy and sustainable development of green consumption.
