摘要
目的研究疾控中心微生物检验中持续质量改进管理的实施效果。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月期间济南市莱芜区疾病预防控制中心80名医护人员作为研究对象,随机分为两组,研究组40名医护人员,常规组40名医护人员,常规组采用常规管理,研究组采用持续质量改进管理。对比两组相关指标达标率、医护人员管理质量、医护人员对管理模式的满意度以及医护人员对微生物检验知识知晓程度。结果研究组标本微生物达标率、医院用品表面微生物达标率、医务人员手卫生检验达标率、医护人员的管理质量、医护人员对管理模式的满意度以及医护人员对微生物检验知识的知晓率均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疾控中心微生物检验中实施持续质量改进管理能够有效提高管理质量。
Objective To study the implementation effect of continuous quality improvement management in microbiological testing in CDC.Methods Eighty medical and nursing staff from the Disease Prevention and Control Center of Laiwu District,Jinan,during June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups,40 medical and nursing staff in the research group and 40 medical and nursing staff in the routine group,the routine group adopts routine management,and the study group adopts continuous quality improvement management.The rate of attainment of relevant indexes,the quality of management of health care personnel,the satisfaction of health care personnel with the management mode and the knowledge of health care personnel about microbiological testing were compared between the two groups.Results The rates of microbiological compliance of specimens,surface microbiological compliance of hospital supplies,hand hygiene test compliance of medical personnel,management quality of medical and nursing staff,satisfaction of medical and nursing staff with the management model and knowledge of microbiological testing of medical and nursing staff in the study group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuous quality improvement management in microbiological testing in CDC can effectively improve management quality.
