Objective To investigate the main factors that affect microbiological test results and propose corresponding quality control strategies. Methods From October 2020 to April 2022,490 microbiological inspection reports of Zouping City Center for Disease Control and Prevention were screened.Through retrospective analysis of the above reports, the accuracy and errors of the tests were analyzed and the main influencing factors were discussed. Results The accuracy of this test was 85.51%(419 samples),and the error rate was 14.49%(71 samples). The accuracy of protein quantification was the highest(87.50%),followed by urine routine(86.73%),other tests(86.36%),blood routine(85.03%),bacteria and mold culture(84.21%)and cerebrospinal fluid test(84.13%).The relevant factors affecting the quality of microbiological test accounted for the highest proportion of 39.44%(28/71),followed by specimen factors 30.99%(22/71),personnel factors 23.94%(17/71)and other factors 5.63%(4/71).Conclusion At present, the error rate of microbial inspection is relatively high, and the factors such as personnel, operation and specimens have the greatest influence. In the future inspection process, the quality of inspection should be well controlled through the improvement of personnel quality, operation standardization and specimen management,so as to ensure the accuracy of test results.
