摘要
目的探讨微信平台辅助教学结合Seminar教学法在心电图教学中的作用。方法2021年9月—2022年11月于湘南学院临床学院临床医学专业2019—2020级本科生中抽取116名学生作为研究对象,将2019级纳入常规教学组(常规教学模式),将2020级学生纳入联合教学组(在常规教学组基础上进行微信平台辅助教学结合Seminar教学模式),每组58名。对比两组学生的教学成绩(临床操作技能成绩、笔试成绩)、学习效果(学习兴趣、自主学习、实践操作、团队协作、资料查阅、临床思维)、个人综合能力(自学、交流、表达、理解、解决问题)、教学质量(态度、内容、方法、效果)以及教学满意度。结果联合教学组学生临床操作技能、笔试成绩均高于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合教学组学生学习效果中学习兴趣、自主学习、实践操作、团队协作、资料查阅、临床思维的评分均高于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合教学组学生个人综合能力中自学、交流、表达、理解、解决问题的能力评分均高于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合教学组教学质量中教学态度、教学内容、教学方法、教学效果的评分均高于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合教学组学生的教学满意度高于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信平台辅助教学结合Seminar教学法在心电图教学中的作用较好,可提升学生的教学成绩、学习效果、个人综合能力、教学质量以及教学满意度,值得推广、运用。
Objective To explore the role of WeChat platform-assisted teaching combined with Seminar teaching method in ECG teaching.Methods From September 2021 to November 2022,116 students were selected from the 2019 to 2020 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine in the Clinical College of Xiangnan University as the research subjects and the 2019 class was included in the regular teaching group(regular teaching mode),and the 2020 class was included in the joint teaching group(carry out WeChat platform assisted teaching on the basis of regular teaching group and combine with the seminar teaching mode),with 58 students in each group.The teaching performance(clinical operation skill score and written test score),learning effect(learning interest,independent learning,practical operation,teamwork,data review,clinical thinking),personal comprehensive ability(self-learning,communication,expression,understanding,problem solving),teaching quality(attitude,content,method,effect)and teaching satisfaction of the students in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of clinical operation skills and written examinations of students in the joint teaching group were higher than those in the conventional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of learning interest,independent learning,practical operation,teamwork,data review,and clinical thinking of students in the joint teaching group were higher than those in the conventional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-learning,communication,expression,understanding,and problem solving of students'personal comprehensive ability in the joint teaching group were higher than those in the conventional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ratings of teaching attitude,teaching content,teaching method and teaching effect in the teaching quality of the joint teaching group were all higher than those of the conventional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of students in the joint teaching group was higher than that of the conventional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat platform assisted teaching combined with Seminar teaching method is better in ECG teaching and can improve students'teaching performance,learning effect,personal comprehensive ability,teaching quality and teaching satisfaction,which is worth promoting and applying.
