一种新型铁路隧道防护门的设计分析及试验验证

摘要 铁路隧道防护门作为重要的防火隔断设施,具有防火隔断、保护铁路相关电气设施等作用。但是,铁路隧道防护门大多采用钢制结构材料,耐腐蚀性、耐火性以及热阻断性较差,时间一长极易腐蚀生锈,需及时更换,浪费了大量人力物力。为解决这一问题,设计一种由玻璃钢材质复合而成的新型防护门,可预防腐蚀生锈情况的发生,并提高了其耐火性、热阻断性以及抗风性,在现代新型铁路隧道防护门中具有广阔的应用前景。 Railway tunnel protective door as an important fire partition facilities,with fire partition,protect railway related electrical facilities and other functions.But railway tunnel protective doors are mostly made of steel structural materials,corrosion resistance,fire resistance and thermal resistance is poor,a long time is very easy to corrosion rust,need to be replaced in time,waste a lot of manpower and material resources.In order to solve this problem,a new type of protective door made of FRP composite material is designed,which avoids corrosion and rust phenomenon,and improves its fire resistance,thermal resistance and wind resistance.It has a wide application prospect in modern new railway tunnel protective door.
