一种减小城轨列车EMB制动冲击的控制方法

摘要 在轨道交通行业,电子机械制动(Electromechanical Brake,EMB)系统是一种通过电机驱动机械传动机构输出可控制动力的制动系统。在传统控制方案下,制动夹钳使用寿命较短,且制动响应时长不理想,根本原因是系统通信时间间隔较大、制动冲击未得到有效控制等。针对上述问题,提出一种开环控制方案,采用精简指令实现在规定响应时长内减小冲击的目标,并利用MATLAB/Simulink对制动过程进行建模与仿真。通过比较不同控制方案下的仿真结果,探讨开环控制方案对减小制动冲击的可行性。 Within the rail industry,Electromechanical Brake System(EMB)is a new type of braking technology.It drives the mechanical drive mechanism through an electric motor to deliver controlled braking force.Braking system with conventional control scheme has a short caliper life.Also,it has a slow braking response.The root cause of these problems is the large communication interval of the system and the lack of effective control of the braking impact.To address the above problems,a new open-loop control scheme is proposed.Streamlined commands are used to reduce shocks within the specified response time.Meanwhile,the braking process is modeled and simulated using MATLAB/Simulink.By comparing the simulation results under different control schemes,the feasibility of the open-loop control scheme for shock reduction is explored.
