摘要
如今中国的城市发展已经由增量模式转为存量模式,如何在用地紧张、人口密集的城市中发掘出更多的公共空间供人们使用,是当下城市更新热潮中的重点问题之一。城市绿地作为天然可利用的公共活动空间,却往往遭到人们的忽视,特别是许多尺度较小的城市点状绿地,大多呈现出一种荒废的状态。以Q-City品质城市国际青年设计师竞赛(中国唐山)为实例,在城市微更新的背景下,引入触媒理论的概念,将城市点状绿地作为城市公共活动的激发点,通过“确定触媒元素”“提出触媒策略”“引导后续触媒反应”三步来论证触媒理论在城市微更新中的应用,提出工业文明与自然生态共生的城市规划理念,总结触媒理论下的城市点状绿地微更新模式,以此提升城市居民的日常生活品质,创造宜居、宜游的城市公共空间,为城市更新发展提供新的思路。
Nowadays,the pattern of China's urban development has transformed from incremental mode to stock mode.As such,the exploration of more public spaces in cities with urban land tension and dense population becomes one of the key issues in the current urban-renewal boom.However,green space,as naturally-available public activity space,is often neglected by people.This situation can especially happen to a great deal of point-shaped green space which can always be in a state of disuse.Taking the first prize design in the Q-City International Young Designer Competition held in Tangshan,China as an example,under the background of urban Micro-renewal,the introduction of the concept of catalytic theory can regard the point-shaped urban green space as the trigger point of urban public activities.Through three steps"determining catalyst elements""proposing catalyst strategies"and"guiding subsequent catalyst reactions",the thesis demonstrates the application of catalytic theory in urban Micro-renewal,proposes the urban planning concept of harmonious coexistence between industrial civilization and natural ecology,and summarizes the Micro-renewal pattern of urban green space based on catalytic theory,so as to improve the daily life quality of urban residents,create livable and recreational public space,and provide new ideas for urban renewal and development model.
