计算机辅助导航技术在胸腰椎椎弓根螺钉内固定术的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨计算机辅助导航技术下进行胸腰椎椎弓根螺钉内固定术的临床应用价值。方法:选取2019年5月—2021年11月南昌市洪都中医院收治的胸腰椎骨折患者50例、腰椎滑脱症患者50例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各50例,2组均需进行椎弓根螺钉内固定术,观察组采用计算机辅助导航技术定位引导下进行椎弓根螺钉内固定术,对照组根据传统解剖标志法在X线监视引导下进行椎弓根螺钉内固定术,分别记录2组置钉手术时间、计算置钉准确率,并记录术后神经血管损伤等并发症情况。结果:观察组置钉手术时间少于对照组,观察组置钉手术时间(6.8±1.0)min,对照组置钉手术时间(9.2±1.2)min;2组均置入200枚椎弓根螺钉,观察组置钉准确率为94.5%(189/200),对照组置钉准确率为85.5%(171/200);2组均无神经血管损伤等严重并发症发生。结论:应用计算机辅助导航技术进行胸腰椎椎弓根螺钉内固定术具有可行性,与传统解剖标志法X线监视引导相比,能显著提高胸腰椎椎弓根螺钉内固定术置钉的准确率、缩短置钉的手术时间,使椎弓根螺钉置钉的精准性、安全性更高,具有较大的应用价值,值得临床推广。
