一种电磁液冷缓速器的试验分析

摘要 双凸极电磁液冷缓速器兼具电涡流缓速器响应时间快、低转速扭矩大和液力缓速器表面温度低、无热衰退的优点。文章对双凸极电磁液冷缓速器的效能进行试验研究,分析最大制动扭矩、响应时间、热衰退和低转速区域制动扭矩四个方面,并与传统电涡流缓速器和液力缓速器进行比较。试验测试得到双凸极电磁液冷缓速器在最高制动挡位时最大扭矩为1880Nm,各制动挡位平均响应时间均小于0.6 s,平均热衰退率低于11%,传动轴转速400 r/min时制动扭矩即可达到最大制动扭矩的95%,为电磁液冷缓速器的应用提供试验依据。 The double-salient electromagnetic liquid-cooled retarder has the advantages of fast response time,large torque at low speed,low surface temperature of the hydraulic retarder,and no thermal recession of the eddy current retarder.In this paper,the performance of the doubly salient electromagnetic liquid-cooled retarder is experimentally researched.retarder for comparison.The test results show that the maximum torque of the double salient electromagnetic liquid-cooled retarder in the highest braking gear is 1880 Nm,the average response time of each braking gear is less than 0.6 s,the average thermal decay rate is less than 11%,and the transmission shaft speed is 400 r/min,the braking torque can reach 95%of the maximum braking torque,which provides a test basis for the application of the electromagnetic liquid-cooled retarder.
