摘要
为了解决既有建筑节能改造各主体参与度不高的问题,论文从市场运行角度,总结了国内节能改造评估、激励政策、风险管理和收益分配等理论研究成果,阐述了多主体内源动力与市场运行之间的关联,论证了既有建筑节能改造市场促进多主体内源动力机制和协同效应的重要性和价值度。
In order to solve the problem of low participation of various subjects in energy-saving retrofit of existing buildings,based on the market operation perspective,this paper summarizes the theoretical research results of energy-saving retrofit evaluation,incentive policy,risk management and benefit distribution.The correlation between the endogenous dynamics of multiple subjects and the operation of the market is elaborated,illustrating the importance and value degree of the energy-saving retrofit of existing building market in promoting the endogenous dynamics mechanism and synergy effect of multiple subjects.
