摘要
采用过氧化氢-冰醋酸法解析木材,分析26个桉树无性系纤维形态变异特征,以期为给桉树材性定向改良提供科学依据。结果显示:纤维长度、宽度、双壁厚、长宽比和壁腔比的变异范围分别为722.99~929.52μm、15.49~18.64μm、6.81~8.56μm、43.02~60.51、0.72~1.26,26个桉树无性系均能满足纤维原材料要求。5个纤维性状在无性系间均存在显著差异,具有较大的选育潜力。DH291-1、DH179-1、DH13-4、DH370-1、DH108-1、DH32-25、DH223-1、DH330-1、DH211-9和DH346-1的木材壁腔比>1,作为中大径材树种培育有更大发展空间。
To provide a scientific basis for the directional cultivation of eucalypts with improved wood properties,the fiber characteristics of 26 eucalypt clones were studied by hydrogen peroxide-glacial caeticacid method.The results showed that fiber length,width,double wall thickness,length to width ratio and wall cavity ratio varied within the ranges of 722.99~929.52μm,15.49~18.64μm,6.81~8.56μm,43.02~60.51,0.72~1.26 respectively.It was also found that all 26 eucalypt clones can meet the requirements of fiber raw materials,though there were significant differences for the five fiber traits among the clones,indicating potential for improvement through breeding.Wood wall cavity ratios of the clones DH291-1,DH179-1,DH13-4,DH370-1,DH108-1,DH32-25,DH223-1,DH330-1,DH211-9 and DH346-1 were all˃1,indicating these clones could also be developed for cultivation of medium and large diameter logs for sawn-timber end uses.
