摘要
针对车间数控机床零散分布,机床运行状态信息无法得到及时监控,机床出现故障后维修时间长等问题,提出一种基于物联网的机床动态信息远程监控系统。以数控淬火机床为研究对象,利用传感器技术、先进通信技术及物联网技术,对车间内淬火机床动态参数进行实时采集,实现远程实时监控。该系统可改变车间机床设备精细化管控能力,提升设备使用效率,减少设备故障维修时间,对提升企业效益具有较强的实用意义。
In view of the scattered distribution of NC machine tools in the workshop,the failure of machine tools and the long maintenance time,a remote monitoring system for dynamic information of machine tools based on the Internet of Things is proposed.Taking numerical control quenching machine tool as the research object,using sensor technology,advanced communication technology and Internet of Things technology,the dynamic parameters of quenching machine tool in the workshop are collected in real time to realize remote real-time monitoring.The implementation of the system can change the fine control ability of machine tools in the workshop,improve the use efficiency of equipment,reduce the maintenance time of equipment failures,and improve the enterprise benefits,which has strong practical significance.
