南湖菱壳色素提取剂对比及浅析

摘要 用不同的提取剂对菱壳色素进行了提取。通过对色素提取方法及设备的选择,分析了菱壳色素煮提原液的p H值、讨论了菱壳色素对棉织物染色颜色特征值的影响。结果表明,本研究阶段处于提取剂的对比阶段,采用高温高压水浴锅进行煮提效果较好。碳酸钠水溶液煮提色素染棉织物颜色最深,40%的乙醇水溶液煮提的菱壳色素上染纯棉织物颜色最浅。通过面料颜色的可以看到,菱壳色素染纯棉织物应该都属于一个色系。根据设计产品终端颜色的需求,可以选择不同p H值水溶溶液作为提取剂,也可以选择不同浓度的乙醇作为提取剂。 The pigment from Trapa Acornis Nakano shell is extracted by different extractant.Through the selection of pigment extraction method and equipment,the pH value of pigment extraction solution was analyzed,and the influence of pigment on the dyeing color characteristic value of cotton fabric was discussed.The results show that this research stage is in the contrast stage of extractant,and the effect of boiling and extracting with high temperature and high pressure water bath is better.The color of cotton fabric dyed with the pigment extracted from sodium carbonate aqueous solution is the deepest,and the color of pure cotton fabric dyed with Trapa Acornis Nakano shell pigment extracted from 40%ethanol aqueous solution is the lightest.It can be seen from the fabric color that the pure cotton fabric dyed with Trapa Acornis Nakano shell pigment should belong to one color system.According to the requirements of the terminal color of the designed product,water-soluble solutions with different pH values can be selected as the extractant,and ethanol with different concentrations can also be selected as the extractant.
