摘要
为了建设世界一流的军队,保障部队战斗力,要求武器装备具有高质量、高可靠性,并不断地提升作战效能。习近平总书记指出“要坚持质量至上,把质量要求贯穿到装备全寿命周期管理各个环节,采取超常措施,尽快有一个大的改观”。介绍了军工企业基于业务流程的质量管理体系建设过程。首先,介绍了建设的背景与意义;其次,结合理论知识和标准,介绍了建设的思路及方法;然后,详细地阐述了体系建设的具体实践工作;最后,对未来质量管理体系建设提出了建议,并寄予了期望。
In order to build a world-class military and ensure the combat effectiveness of the troops,it is required that weapons and equipment be of high quality and high reliability,and that combat effectiveness be constantly improved.General secretary Xi Jinping points out"We must adhere to quality first,put quality requirements throughout all aspects of the equipment life cycle management,and take extraordinary measures to make a big improvement as soon as possible".The construction process of quality management system based on business process in military enterprise is introduced.Firstly,the background and significance of the construction are introduced.Secondly,combining the theoretical knowledge and standards,the ideas and methods of the construction is introduced in detail.Finally,some suggestions and expectations for the future quality management system construction are put forward.
