EBH315Q掘进机在石拉乌素煤矿岩巷掘进中的应用

摘要 陕蒙地区煤矿岩巷岩石硬度大,使用常规掘进机进行掘进时,面临截齿消耗量大、机器稳定性差的问题,导致矿井开拓速度慢,制约矿井生产。石拉乌素煤矿引进了新一代特重型EBH315Q型悬臂掘进机,以解决矿井大巷开拓难题。为探索陕蒙地区大断面硬岩岩巷高效掘进模式,以该掘进机在石拉乌素煤矿大断面砂岩辅运大巷掘进中应用为例,分析了其性能优势以及应用效果,并介绍了配套施工工艺。结果表明,EBH315Q岩巷掘进机搭配使用HBKO1/600干式除尘风机,在岩巷掘进速度、设备故障率、安全性能、材料消耗量、除尘等方面有着巨大优势。相比于常用的EBZ220、EBZ260型掘进机,该掘进机在硬岩巷道掘进中应用效果更佳,在陕蒙地区煤矿开采中拥有良好的应用前景。 The rock hardness of coal mine rock roadway in Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia is large,and the use of conventional roadheader machine for roadway excavation faces the problems of large consumption of picks and poor machine stability,which leads to slow mine development and restricts mine production.Shilawusu Coal Mine introduced a new generation of extra-heavy EBH315Q cantilever roadheader machine to solve the problem of mine roadway development.In order to explore the highly efficient driving mode that can be popularized in the large section hard rock roadway in Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia,the application of the roadheader machine in the large section sandstone auxiliary haulage roadway driving in Shilawusu Coal Mine is taken as an example,its performance advantages and application effects are analyzed,and the sup⁃porting construction technology is introduced.The results show that EBH315Q roadheader machine with HB⁃KO1/600 dry dust removal fan has great advantages in rock heading speed,equipment failure rate,safety performance,material consumption,dust removal,etc.Compared with the commonly used EBZ220 and EBZ260 roadheader machine,it has a better application effect in hard rock roadway excavation and has a good application prospect in coal mining in Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia.
