摘要
老窑破坏区回采面临采掘困难、围岩稳定性差、采空区漏风及有害气体侵入等问题。以微子镇煤业15103工作面为研究背景,针对其小煤柱留设及老空区治理等关键问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟、现场试验等方法,开展了煤柱稳定性分析、高应力小煤柱巷道切顶卸压、老空巷对煤柱稳定性影响程度及老空巷充填等研究工作。研究得出如下结论:确定煤柱合理留设宽度为7 m;制定了切缝高度、孔间距、装药量等深孔爆破技术参数;明确了老空巷对煤柱失稳的主要影响范围,并提出发泡混凝土充填方案。方案现场应用效果良好,减小了小煤柱巷道变形量,老空区影响范围内围岩稳定性较好,消除了采空区漏风、积水或有害气体侵入的隐患,取得了预期效果。
The mining in the damaged area of the old workings was faced with many problems,such as difficult excavation,poor stability of surrounding rock,air leakage in the goaf and harmful gas intrusion.Taking the 15103 working face of Weizizhen Coal Industry as the research background,aiming at the key problems such as the small coal pillar reservation and the old goaf treatment,adopts the methods of theoreti⁃cal analysis,numerical simulation and field test to carry out the research work on the stability of coal pillar,the roof cutting and pressure relief of high stress small coal pillar roadway by deep hole blasting,the influ⁃ence of the old goaf on the stability of coal pillar,and the filling of the old goaf.The following conclusions are obtained.The reasonable reserved width of coal pillar is determined to be 7m.The specific technical pa⁃rameters of deep hole blasting,such as slit height,hole spacing and charge amount,are formulated.The main influence scope of the old goaf on the instability of the coal pillar is clarified,and the foaming concrete filling scheme is proposed.The field application effect is good,reducing the deformation of small coal pillar roadway,the surrounding rock stability in the goaf area is good,eliminating the hidden danger of air leak⁃age,water or harmful gas intrusion in the goaf,and achieving the expected effect.
