摘要
中国和阿拉伯国家之间的关系源远流长,和平合作、开放包容、互学互鉴、互利共赢始终是中阿历史交往的主旋律。自提出中阿共建“一带一路”倡议以来,在坚持世界历史理论原则下,新型中阿合作主张进一步开展对外交流,推动中国和阿拉伯国家拓展各自的发展领域。2022年12月举办的首届中国-阿拉伯国家峰会,充分体现了中阿各领域的合作不断充实深化。本文认为,新时代的中阿合作虽面临来自多方面的挑战,但区域性合作仍持续加强,中国和阿拉伯国家应抓住落实“一带一路”倡议的新机遇,从经济合作、治国理政、人文交流等方面入手,探寻共建中阿命运共同体的新路径。
China and Arab countries has a long history,and peace and cooperation,openness and inclusiveness,mutual learning and mutual benefit have always been the main themes of China-Arab relations in history.Since the proposal of the“Belt and Road”initiative,the new China-Arab cooperation advocates further foreign exchanges and encourages China and Arab countries to expand their respective development fields,while adhering to the principles of world history theory.This paper argues that although China-Arab cooperation faces multiple challenges in the new era faces multiple challenges,regional cooperation continues to be strengthened.China and Arab countries should seize the new opportunities of“Belt and Road”to explore new paths for building a China-Arab community of destiny through economic cooperation,governance and humanistic exchanges.
