摘要
公共政策评估是中国式现代化建设的重要内容,是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要举措,是中国特色的政府管理创新的重要方式,是促进重大政策落到实处的重要途径。在全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程上,着力建立和完善中国特色公共政策评估制度,充分发挥公共政策评估的重要作用,切实提高政策制定和执行的准确性,保障决策的科学化、制度化和法治化,对新时代新阶段提高党的执政能力和领导水平,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,全面建设社会主义现代化国家具有重要意义。
Public policy evaluation is an important content of Chinese modernization.It is an important measure to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,a governance mode with Chinese characteristics,an effective approach for government’s administrative innovation,and an important way to facilitate the implementation of major policies.On the new journey of building China into a modern socialist country in all respects,we need to give full play to the important role of public policy evaluation,and strive to establish and improve a public policy evaluation system with Chinese characteristics.That means to improve the accuracy of policy formulation and implementation,ensure that decisions are made scientifically,under better institutions and rule of law.It is of great significance to the construction of a modern socialist China in all respects.
