摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法对暴马丁香枝条的挥发性成分进行提取,并用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术鉴定出39种成分,其主要成分为(1ar)-1aβ,2,3,3a,4,5,6,7bβ-八氢-1,1,3aβ,7-四甲基-1h-环丙烷[a]萘(6.85%)、棕榈酸(6.20%)、β-缬草烯(5.01%)、γ-橄榄烯(3.93%)、佛术烯(3.57%)、α-衣兰油烯(2.84%)、顺式-11,14-二十碳二烯酸甲酯(2.80%)和b-芹子烯(2.64%)。分析获得了暴马丁香枝条挥发油中的化学成分,为暴马丁香的开发利用提供依据。
The volatile components of the syringa reticulata branches were extracted by hydrodistillation,and 39 components were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The mainly constituent were(1ar)-1aβ,2,3,3a,4,5,6,7bβ-Octahydro-1,1,3aβ,7-Tetramethyl-1h-cyclopropane[a]naphthalene(6.85%),palmitic acid(6.20%),β-Valeriane(5.01%),γ-Olivinene(3.93%),Fossilene(3.57%),α-Yilanolene(2.84%),cis-11,14-eicosadienate methyl ester(2.80%)and b-celercene(2.64%).The analysis of compounds in the volatile oil from the syringa reticulata branches can provide a basis for the development and utilization of syringa reticulata.
