摘要
目的 探索基于微信平台的健康教育模式在输尿管结石日间手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年4月至2022年7月成都医学院第二附属医院·核工业四一六医院收治的行输尿管结石日间手术的50例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组25例。对照组采用常规出院指导,试验组在常规出院指导的基础上采用基于微信平台的健康教育模式进行干预。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对两组患者的焦虑状态进行评估,并对两组患者输尿管结石相关知识问卷评分、护理服务满意度评分、出院后肉眼血尿发生率进行统计分析。结果 试验组患者的SAS评分、出院后肉眼血尿发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);输尿管结石相关知识问卷评分和护理服务满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于微信平台的输尿管结石患者日间手术健康教育模式可减轻患者焦虑状态,提高医疗护理服务满意度及临床护理质量,利于患者疾病恢复,并可减少并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the effect of WeChat platform based health education model in the nursing of patients after ambulatory surgery for ureteral calculi.Methods A total of 50 patients who underwent ambulatory surgery for ureteral calculi in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College(also known as Nuclear Industry 416 Hospital)from April 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=25)and experimental group(n=25)according to random number table method.For postoperative intervention,the control group received routine discharge guidance while the experimental group received WeChat platform based health education model on the basis of routine discharge guidance.Patients'anxiety was assessed by self-rating anxiety scale(SAS).The score of ureteral calculi related knowledge questionnaire,the score of nursing satisfaction,and the incidence of gross hematuria after discharge were statistically compared between the two groups.Results The SAS score and the incidence of gross hematuria after discharge in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of ureteral calculi related knowledge questionnaire and the score of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat platform based health education model in the nursing of patients after ambulatory surgery for ureteral calculi can alleviate patients'anxiety,improve patient satisfaction with medical care,enhance clinical nursing quality,accelerate patients'recovery from the disease and reduce the occurrence of complications.
