摘要
为发挥防水透湿面料在医用防护服领域的作用,以水为分散剂,聚二甲基硅氧烷为疏水剂,涤纶织物为基材,采用高速剪切均质分散乳化机将聚二甲基硅氧烷均匀分散于去离子水中,采用浸渍⁃等离子体交联工艺制备了超疏水涤纶织物。将其与热塑性聚氨酯纳米纤维膜进行点胶复合制备了防护面料。利用扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪和X射线衍射仪测试了织物性能。结果表明:当聚二甲基硅氧烷质量浓度为5 g/L时,制备的织物超疏水性能最佳,水接触角达到152.4°,聚二甲基硅氧烷薄膜成功接枝于涤纶表面。该织物经600次洗涤和3000次摩擦循环后,水接触角仍维持在145°以上。认为:制备的复合面料具有优异的防水、透湿、拉伸和过滤性能,可作为自清洁、防水透湿型防护服面料。
In order to give full play to the role of waterproof and moisture permeable fabrics in the field of medical protective clothing,water was used as dispersing agent,polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)was used as hydrophobic agent,and polyester(PET)fabric was used as base material.PDMS was uniformly dispersed in deionized water by high-speed shear homogenizer,and super-hydrophobic polyester fabric was prepared by impregnation-plasma crosslinking process.The protective fabric was prepared by compounding it with TPU nanofiber membrane.The properties of the fabric were tested by scanning electron microscope,Fourier infrared spectrometer and X-ray diffractometer.Results showed that super-hydrophobic property of the prepared fabric was the best when the concentration of PDMS was 5 g/L.The water contact angle was 152.4°.The PDMS film was successfully grafted on the surface of PET fiber.After 600 times washes and 3000 times rubbing cycles,the water contact angle of the fabric could still be maintained above 145°.It is considered that the prepared composite fabric has excellent waterproof,moisture permeability,stretching it filtration properties,it can be used as self-cleaning,waterproof and moisture permeability protective clothing fabric.
