摘要
采用正交试验法及模拟仿真分析,研究了热泵平行流换热器的结构参数对换热器换热量等指标的影响。结果显示:扁管宽度是对换热器换热量影响最大的因素,贡献率达43.1%;随着扁管宽度增加换热器换热量大幅提升。扁管厚度对换热器换热量影响较大,贡献率达29.7%;当扁管厚度超过2 mm,随扁管厚度增大换热器换热量大幅下降,这主要与换热器背风侧的气流低速区较大,且换热效率低有关。翅片卡槽间距对换热器换热量贡献率为20.8%,翅片卡槽间距为11 mm时换热器换热量最优。翅片卡槽深度对换热器换热影响较小。
The effect of structural parameters of the parallel-flow heat exchanger of heat pump on heat exchange was studied by orthogonal test and simulation analysis. The results show that the width of the flat tube is the most important factor influencing heat exchange, its contribution reaches 43.3%. Heat exchange increased as the width of the flat tube increases. The thickness of flat tube is a significant factor to heat exchange, its contribution reaches 29.8%. Heat exchange decreased sharply as the thickness of flat tube increases when it is more than 2 mm, because of the large low speed airflow area in leeward side of the heat exchanger and the low heat exchange efficiency. The contribution of the spacing of the fin slot for heat exchange reaches 21.1%, and the optimized spacing of the fin slot for heat exchange is 11 mm. The depth of the fin slot is a non-significant factor to heat exchange.
