摘要
文章基于后疫情时代背景,分析当今国际环境对建筑弹性的要求,并对建筑弹性指标做出一定的理论阐释。通过对建筑弹性指标研究前沿的分析,总结后疫情时代建筑在健康、环保和舒适方面的新需求;同时结合案例,梳理建筑弹性指标,以证明建筑弹性指标对建筑可持续发展的重要作用;并在此基础上,从完善建筑结构弹性指标、注重风险管理水平建设、关注建筑服务供给能力提升三方面,对我国建筑可持续性发展提出启示性建议,以期增加建筑应对突发风险的抗压能力。
Based on post-epidemic background,this paper analyzes the requirements of contemporary international environment on building resilience,and it theoretically interprets building resilience index to some extent.Through analysis to the research frontier of building resilience index,it summarizes the new demand of post-epidemic building in health,environmental protection and comfort;meanwhile,combined with cases,it combs building resilience index,so as to demonstrate the important effect of building resilience index on architectural sustainable development;in three aspects on that basis,including perfecting the building structure elasticity index,emphasizing risk management level construction,paying attention to the improvement of construction service supply capacity,it puts forward inspirational suggestions to the sustainable development of buildings in China,so as to increase the resistance of building against emergency risk.
