摘要
目的为藿香正气系列制剂产品的二次开发提供理论依据,为藿香正气方的质量控制标准提供参考。方法以“藿香正气”“药理作用”等为关键词,通过维普、万方、知网、PubMed等数据库查阅相关文献,对藿香正气的处方衍化、质量控制、临床应用和药理作用等方面进行综述。结果文章分析总结系列制剂的相关文献,论述了藿香正气方的制剂沿革、质量控制、药理作用和临床应用,阐释了其在作用机制与剂型改革等方面的不足。结论藿香正气系列制剂的现代药理作用机制亟待完善,在临床应用中的科学性和安全性问题仍需解决。
Objective To provide a theoretical basis for the secondary development of Huoxiang Zhengqi series preparations and provide reference for the quality control standard of Huoxiang Zhengqi formula.Methods With"Huoxiang Zhengqi"and"pharmacological action"as the key words,relevant literature was reviewed through VIP,Wanfang,CNKI,PubMed and other databases,and the formulation,quality control,clinical application and pharmacological action of Huoxiang Zhengqi were summarized.Results This article analyzed and summarized the related literature of a series of preparations,discussed the prescription derivation,quality control,pharmacological action and clinical application of Huoxiang Zhengqi recipe,and explains its shortcomings in the mechanism of action and the reform of dosage form.Conclusion The modern pharmacological mechanism of Huoxiang Zhengqi series preparations needs to be improved urgently,and the scientificity and safety in clinical application still need to be solved.
