摘要 为明晰水稻种植过程中稻田耕作管理活动对土壤抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)赋存的影响机制,综述了近年来国内外的相关研究成果,概括了目前国内水稻土壤中ARGs的赋存情况,阐明了不同耕作管理模式下,诸如施肥、灌溉、秸秆还田等常规农事操作对稻田土壤中ARGs赋存的影响,并对内在因素(如土壤理化性质差异、抗生素及ARGs的流入、重金属污染等)及其影响机制进行了探析,提出了对未来研究方向的展望,旨在为后续稻田环境中ARGs传播扩散机制等相关研究提供理论基础和思路。 In order to clarify the influence mechanism of paddy farming management activities on the occurrence of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)in soil during rice planting,the relevant research results at home and abroad in recent years were summarized,the current occurrence of ARGs in domestic paddy soil was generalized,the effects of conventional agricultural operations such as fertilization,irrigation,and straw returning on the occurrence of ARGs in paddy soil were clarified,and the internal factors(such as differences in soil physical and chemical properties,influx of antibiotics and ARGs,heavy metal pollution,etc.)and their influencing mechanisms were analyzed.The future research directions were prospected.This review aimed to provide theoretical basis and ideas for subsequent studies on the propagation and diffusion mechanism of ARGs in paddy fields environment.
