摘要
马传染性子宫炎是由马生殖泰勒菌引起的马属动物生殖系统疾病之一,传染性较强,主要以脓性子宫炎与间情期缩短为临床症状。病马与带菌马为主要传染源,可以通过自然交配与人工授精等方式进行传播。由于种马在该病传播过程中起到重要作用,对马属动物的国际贸易造成一定影响,因而被WOAH列为必需通报的疫病之一。论文从病原、流行病学、临床症状、检测方法以及防控与治疗几个方面对马传染性子宫炎的研究进展进行综述,以期为减少和控制马传染性子宫炎的发生提供参考。
Contagious equine metritis is one of the equine reproductive system diseases caused by Taylorella equigenitalis.It is highly contagious,mainly with purulent metritis and shortened interestrus as clinical symptoms.Infected horses are the main sources of infection,which can be spread through natural mating and artificial insemination.Because the stallion plays an important role in the spread of the disease and has a certain impact on the international trade of equine animals,it is listed as one of the diseases that must be notified by WOAH.We reviewed the research progress of equine contagious metritis from the aspects of pathogen,epidemiology,clinical symptoms,detection methods,prevention and treatment,in order to provide reference for reducing and controlling the occurrence of equine contagiousmetritis.
