摘要
目的 探讨手术室护士在全身麻醉手术中的护理配合方式及预后效果。方法 收集2022年6月至2022年12月在本院进行全身麻醉手术患者70例,采用随机数字表法分组,即对照组、观察组,均35例。对照组常规护理,观察组手术室配合护理。统计两组患者心理状态、麻醉苏醒时间、麻醉配合度、患者躁动评分、患者及医师满意度。结果 护理前,两组SAS评分、SDS评分比较,P>0.05,护理后,两组SAS评分、SDS评分均下降,组间比较,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。与对照组比较,观察组麻醉苏醒时间更短,观察组患者躁动评分、麻醉配合度评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组患者及医师护理满意度均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 手术室护士配合护理可减轻全身麻醉手术患者心理状态,提高配合度,减轻躁动,有利于提高患者及医师满意度。
Objective To investigate the nursing cooperation and prognostic effect of nurses in the operating room under general anesthesia.Methods A total of 70 patients undergoing general anesthesia in our hospital from June 2022 to December 2022 were collected and divided by random number table method,i.e.,control group and observation group,with 35 cases in both.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received cooperative nursing in the operating room.The psychological state,anesthesia recovery time,anesthesia cooperation,patient agitation score,patient and physician satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results Before nursing,SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were compared,P>0.05.After nursing,SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were decreased.Compared between groups,SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the anesthesia recovery time in the observation group was shorter,and the score of agitation and anesthesia cooperation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of patients and physicians in observation group was higher than that in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The cooperative nursing of operating room nurses can reduce the psychological state of patients under general anesthesia,improve the degree of cooperation,reduce agitation,and improve the satisfaction of patients and physicians.
