基于岗课对接的五年制高职高水平专业群建设探索——以江苏省南通卫生高职校护理专业群为例

摘要 护理专业群以“一老一小”为重点,整合护理、老年保健与管理、助产专业的专业资源,通过构建“双主体、三阶梯、四步骤、五心五育+X”人才培养模式、“课证融通、共享开放”专业课程体系、“双师型”教学团队、产教融合虚拟仿真育人平台等,加强内涵建设,培养兼具母婴照护、临床护理、老年保健、健康促进等多学科知识技能融合的复合型护理人才,打造具有地域特色的“五心天使”。 Focusing on“the old and the young”,the nursing professional group integrates professional resources of nursing,geriatrics health care and management and midwifery,and strengthens the connotation construction by constructing the talent training mode of“double subject,three stages,four steps,five hearts and five educations+X”,the professional curriculum system of“course certificate integration,sharing and opening”,the“double professionally-titled”teaching team,the virtual simulation education platform integrating production and educa-tion,etc.,in order to cultivate compound nursing talents with multidisciplinary knowledge and skills of maternal and infant care,clinical nursing,geriatric health care,health promotion,etc.,and build a“five-heart angel”with regional characteristics.
