摘要
目的:调查分析南京地区三级医疗机构的互联网信息公开情况,提出策略建议以推动互联网信息公开持续高质量发展。方法:通过文献分析、网络调查等方法,收集39家医疗机构互联网信息公开数据资料,统计分析信息平均公开率。结果:医疗机构的互联网信息公开质量受多重因素影响,存在内容不够全面、主动性不高、时效性不强和查询流程繁琐等问题。结论:公立医疗机构应建立健全信息公开组织架构和工作机制,注重信息需求与信息安全,加快信息平台建设布局,强化信息公开监督考核。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the Internet information disclosure situation of tertiary medical institutions in Nan⁃jing,and to put forward strategic suggestions to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of Internet information disclo⁃sure.Methods:Through literature analysis and network survey,39 medical institutions collected Internet information disclosure data,and statistically analyzed the average information disclosure rate.Results:The quality of Internet information disclosure of medical in⁃stitutions is affected by multiple factors,and there are problems such as insufficient content,low initiative,weak timeliness,cumber⁃some query process.Conclusion:Establish and improve the organizational structure and working mechanism of information disclosure,strengthen information demand and security,accelerate the layout of information platform construction,and strengthen the supervision and assessment of information disclosure.
