摘要
目前,我国政策大力支持发展装配式建筑,装配式混凝土建筑建造成本偏高是阻碍装配式建筑发展的首要因素。因此,结合先进科学技术对其成本进行有效管控至关重要。本文主要针对BIM数字信息化技术在装配式建造成本管控展开深入研究,通过AHP层次分析法分析装配式建筑建造成本影响因素权重,在设计阶段、构件运输阶段和现场施工安装阶段使用BIM技术对装配建筑成本进行控制,提出切实可行的管控措施,从而降低装配式建筑成本,推动智能建造和建筑工业化协同发展。
At present,China strengthens policy support and actively promotes assembly development.The high construction cost of assembled concrete buildings is the most important factor hindering the development of assembled buildings.Therefore,it is very important to effectively control the costs in combination with advanced science and technology.This paper mainly focuses on the in-depth study on the BIM digital information technology in the control of assembly construction cost.Analyzing the weight of influencing factors of assembly construction cost by AHP hierarchy analysis method,the BIM technology is used to control the assembly construction cost in component design stage,transportation stage and field construction and installation stage,and feasible control measures are put forward to reduce the assembly construction cost.Promote the collaborative development of intelligent construction and building industrialization.
