摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,我国愈加重视国土空间规划,省级和市县级的国土空间规划编制工作在全国各地区、各政府陆续开展,“双评价”作为国土空间规划的基础性工作,能够准确反映我国国土空间资源的利用现状。但由于“双评价”仍处于发展阶段,数据源种类繁多、评价方法复杂且缺乏统一规范,并且在数据搜集时由于多方面因素导致数据缺失等,均是“双评价”现存的问题。本文从“双评价”原则出发,以ArcGIS平台为基础,对“双评价”现存的问题进行研究,推出基于ArcGIS平台的“双评价”系统,能够有效解决“双评价”过程中的各类问题,提高工作效率,具有较高的现实意义。
With the continuous development of society and economy,China pays more and more attention to land and space planning.The preparation of land and space planning at the provincial,city and county levels has been carried out in various regions and governments across the country."Double evaluation"is the foundation of land and space planning,which can accurately reflect the status quo of the utilization of land and space resources in China.However,due to the situation that"double evaluation"is still in the development stage,there are a wide variety of data sources,the evaluation methods are complex and lack of uniform standards,and the data collection due to various factors lead to data missing,etc.,which are all existing problems of the"double evaluation".Based on the principle of"double evaluation",this article optimizes the existing problems of"double evaluation"and introduces the"double evaluation"system based on the ArcGIS platform,which can effectively solve various problems in the process of"double evaluation",improves work efficiency,and has high practical significance.
