摘要
目的探讨基于反馈原理的干预模式在医院检验科中的管理效果及对管理质量的影响。方法选择2020年7月—2022年7月寿光市人民医院检验科设备76台为研究对象,并分为两组,2020年7月—2021年7月38台为对照组,2021年8月—2022年7月38台为观察组。对照组采用常规方法管理,观察组联合基于反馈原理的干预模式,共涉及检验科人员57名,两组均完成3个月管理。比较两组管理质量、管理满意度及定性、定量指标。结果观察组设备保养、设备检修、日常监督、质控管理、质控检测及清洁消毒评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理方法、管理效果、专业技能、定期培训及管理形式满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组设备认可度、仪器完好率、实验室对比率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理人员理论考试、实际操作评分、室间质评成绩高于对照组,急诊项目报告时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于反馈原理的干预模式能提高检验科设备管理质量,能改善定性和定量指标,可获得较高的管理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of intervention mode based on feedback principle on management in hospital clinical laboratory and its influence on management quality.Methods Seventy-six sets of equipment in the clinical laboratory of Shouguang People´s Hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as research subjects,and were divided into control group(38 sets,from July 2020 to July 2021)and observation group(38 sets,from August 2021 to July 2022).The control group was managed by conventional methods,and the observation group was combined with the intervention mode based on feedback principle,involving 57 personnel in clinical laboratory.Both groups completed 3-month management to compare management quality,management satisfaction and qualitative and quantitative observation indicators betwwen the two groups.Results The scores of equipment maintenance,equipment overhaul,daily supervision,quality control management,quality control testing and cleaning and disinfection in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of management methods,management effects,professional skills,regular training and management form in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test equipment recognition,instrument integrity rate and inter-laboratory comparison rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical examination,practical operation and inter-room quality evaluation of managers in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the report time of emergency items was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention mode based on feedback principle can improve the quality of equipment management,improve the qualitative and quantitative indicators,and obtain higher management satisfaction.It is worth popularizing and applying.
