摘要
目的探讨柔性管理理念的应用对于传染科护理管理质量的影响。方法选取2020年7月—2022年6月期间于德州市陵城区人民医院传染科工作的50名护理人员作为研究对象,在柔性管理的实施前(2020年7月—2021年6月)、实施后(2021年7月—2022年6月),调查了解护理人员的职业倦怠问题,评价传染科护理管理质量等。结果护理人员柔性管理后的情感耗竭评分、去人格化评分低于柔性管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);个人成就感评分高于柔性管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理人员柔性管理后的工作满意度高于柔性管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。柔性管理后的病情观察质量评分、消毒隔离质量评分、健康教育质量评分、风险防控质量评分比柔性管理前更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理人员在柔性管理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分低于柔性管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。柔性管理后的职业暴露问题发生率低于柔性管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柔性管理理念的应用,对于提高传染科护理质量有着积极的影响。
Objective To explore the impact of the application of flexible management concept on the quality of nursing management in infectious disease department.Methods 50 nursing staff working in the Department of Infectious Diseases,Lingcheng District People´s Hospital from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected as research objects.Before the implementation of flexible management(from July 2020 to June 2021)and after the implementation(from July 2021 to June 2022),the job burnout of nursing staff was investigated.To evaluate the quality of nursing management in infectious disease department.Results Emotional exhaustion score and depersonalization score of nursing staff after flexible management were lower than those before flexible management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and personal achievement score was higher than that before flexible management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing staff´s job satisfaction after flexible management was higher than that before flexible managementt,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of disease observation quality,disinfection and isolation quality,health education quality and risk prevention and control quality after the flexible management were higher than those before the flexible management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)of nursing staff after flexible management were lower than those before flexible management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of occupational exposure problems after flexible management was lower than that before flexible management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flexible management concept has positive influence on improving the nursing quality of infectious disease department.
