摘要
目的研究“同伴互助教学(peer-assistance teaching,PAL)+案例立体教学法(case three-dimensional teaching method,CTTM)”联合教学模式在内科学教学改革和医疗创新实践教学中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1—12月于齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院内分泌一科及内分泌二科实习的2018级临床医学专业学生176名为研究对象,根据实习科室随机将其分为对照组(n=88)和研究组(n=88)。对照组采用传统教学法,研究组采用“PAL+CTTM”联合教学模式,对比两组出科考核成绩、带教老师满意度和实习学生对教学的满意度。结果研究组的临床技能操作考核成绩为(94.63±4.06)分,病史采集和病历书写考核成绩为(93.15±4.02)分,理论知识考核成绩为(95.44±4.12)分,均高于对照组的(88.63±3.25)分、(86.74±3.19)分、(90.25±3.37)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.823、11.717、9.147,P<0.05);研究组带教老师的满意度(100.00%)、实习学生对教学的满意度(95.45%),均高于对照组(66.67%、82.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内科学教学改革和医疗创新实践教学中采用“PAL+CTTM”联合教学模式,能有效提高实习学生的出科成绩,且带教老师满意度和实习学生对该教学模式的满意度均较高。
Objective To study the value of the"Peer-assistance teaching(PAL)+Case three-dimensional teaching method(CTTM)"joint teaching model in the reform of teaching in internal medicine and medical innovation practice teaching.Methods 176 clinical medicine students of the class of 2018 who came to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University from January to December 2021 for internship in the Department of Endocrinology I and Department of Endocrinology II were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=88)and the study group(n=88)according to the internship department,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the study group adopted the"PAL+CTTM"joint teaching model.Compared the assessment results,the satisfaction of the teachers and the satisfaction of the trainee students on the teaching of the two groups.Results The scores of clinical skills of the study group was(94.63±4.06)points,history taking and medical record writing was(93.15±4.02)points,and theoretical knowledge was(95.44±4.12)points,which were higher than those of the control group(88.63±3.25)points,(86.74±3.19)points and(90.25±3.37)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.823,11.717,9.147,P<0.05).The satisfaction of the teaching faculty in the study group(100.00%)and the satisfaction of the internship students(95.45%),which were higher than those of the control group(66.67%,82.95%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The joint teaching model of"PAL+CTTM"in internal medicine teaching reform and medical innovation practice teaching can effectively improve the performance of internship students,and the satisfaction of teaching teachers and internship students is high.
