叙事医学在临床医学本科生神经内科实习培养中的应用和评价 被引量:1

Application and Evaluation of Narrative Medicine in Practice Training of Neurology Department for Clinical Medical Undergraduates

摘要 目的为叙事医学在临床医学本科生神经内科实习中的应用提供实践基础和经验。方法选择2022年1—5月在齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院神经内科实习的临床医学本科生100名,按实习分组分为研究组和对照组,每组50名,对照组应用常规实习教学方法,研究组在常规实习教学方法基础上加入叙事医学教学。神经内科实习结束后,进行患者调查问卷和本科生调查问卷。对比两组的患者评价以及自我评价。结果“你与实习生交流十分融洽”“你能够将病情详细地告诉实习生”等患者评价中,研究组得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。“在你对叙事医学了解程度”“你很渴望叙事医学相关课程”等学生自我评价中,研究组得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为叙事医学在临床医学本科生神经内科实习中的应用提供实践经验以及可行性基础,叙事医学教学可以提高人文素养。 Objective To provide practical basis and experience for the application of narrative medicine in neurology practice of clinical medical undergraduates.Methods A total of 100 undergraduate clinical medical students who had practiced in the Department of Neurology of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College from January to May 2022 were selected and divided into research group and control group according to the internship group,with 50 students in each group.The control group applied the conventional practice teaching method,and the research group added narrative medicine teaching on the basis of the conventional practice teaching method.After the internship in neurology department,the patient questionnaire and undergraduate questionnaire were conducted.The patient evaluation and students´self-evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results In the comparison of patient evaluation such as"you communicate with interns very well","you can tell interns in detail",the research group scored higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of students´self-evaluation such as"your understanding of narrative medicine","you are eager for narrative medicine related courses",the research group scored higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It provides practical experience and feasibility basis for the application of narrative medicine in neurology practice of clinical medical undergraduates,and narrative medicine teaching can improve their humanistic quality.
