艾托格列净联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂及GLUT4、SIRT1水平的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Etogliazine Combined with Metformin on Blood Glucose,Blood Lipid,GLUT4 and SIRT1 Levels in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的观察艾托格列净联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者血糖、血脂及GLUT4、SIRT1水平的影响。方法随机选取2022年1—4月于齐齐哈尔市第一医院就诊的初诊T2DM患者共60例作为研究对象,采用数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。两组均给予常规饮食、运动指导,对照组给予二甲双胍,观察组给予二甲双胍联合艾托格列净,治疗3个月后,比较两组患者血糖、血脂及血清GLUT4、SIRT1水平。结果治疗前,两组血糖、血脂及血清GLUT4、SIRT1水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血糖、血脂及血清GLUT4、SIRT1水平均改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组血清GLUT4、SIRT1水平分别为(5.96±0.66)、(9.23±1.05)μg/L高于对照组的(2.82±0.41)、(7.99±0.99)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=22.135、4.706,P<0.05)。观察组FPG、FINS、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL水平及HOMA-IR低于对照组,HDL水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾托格列净联合二甲双胍可以有效控制T2DM患者的血糖和血脂水平,提高血清GLUT4、SIRT1水平,进而改善胰岛素抵抗。 Objective To observe the effects of Etogliazine combined with Metformin on blood glucose,blood lipid,GLUT4 and SIRT1 levels in patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods A total of 60 newly diagnosed T2DM patients who visited the First Hospital of Qiqihar City from January to April 2022 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using the number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine dietary and exercise guidance.The control group was given Metformin,while the observation group was given Metformin combined with etoglitazone.After 3 months of treatment,blood glucose,lipid levels,and serum GLUT4 and SIRT1 levels were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose,blood lipids,and serum GLUT4 and SIRT1 levels between the two groups before enrollment(P>0.05);after treatment,blood glucose,blood lipids,and serum GLUT4 and SIRT1 levels improved in both groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the serum GLUT4 and SIRT1 levels in the observation group were(5.96±0.66)μg/L and(9.23±1.05)μg/L,respectively,higher than those in the control group(2.82±0.41)μg/L and(7.99±0.99)μg/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=22.135,4.706,P<0.05).The levels of FPG,FINS,HbA1c,TC,TG,LDL,and HOMA-IR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of HDL were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Etogliazine combined with Metformin can effectively control blood glucose and lipid levels in patients with T2DM,improve serum GLUT4 and SIRT1 levels,and thus improve insulin resistance.
