红枣山药蓝莓咀嚼片的研发及其免疫增强功能评价探究 被引量:1

摘要 将蓝莓果粉、红枣山药作为研发原料,将木糖醇、微晶纤维素以及柠檬酸作为研发辅料,完成对咀嚼片的研发制备。该咀嚼片具有外形美观、口感适宜的特点,光滑平整、有坚实感不容易松散、酸甜适宜不粘连口腔、没有异味和粗糙感。将咀嚼片应用于小鼠,发现其免疫器官的自然萎缩速度得到明显的放缓,细胞免疫能力和体液免疫能力增强,表明咀嚼激发小鼠细胞免疫活性,改善机体免疫功能。 Using blueberry powder and red jujube yam as research and development raw materials,and xylitol,microcrystalline cellulose,and citric acid as research and development excipients,the development and preparation of chewing tablets were completed.This chewable tablet has the characteristics of beautiful appearance and suitable taste,smooth and flat,with a solid feeling that is not easy to loosen,suitable for sour and sweet taste that does not stick to the mouth,and has no odor or roughness.Applying chewing tablets to mice,it was found that the natural atrophy rate of their immune organs was significantly slowed down,and cellular and humoral immune abilities were enhanced,indicating that chewing stimulates cellular immune activity in mice and improves immune function.
