摘要
利用有限元软件对某一大型升降机构的支撑座进行受力分析,分析结果表明其变形量不满足垂直度指标。通过ABAQUS软件对支撑座进行拓扑优化,根据拓扑优化结果进行重新建模。最后通过Creo的行为建模功能,对支撑座进行优化设计,得出一组参数的最优解。分析结果表明,优化之后的支撑座在质量上有所减轻,刚度上明显增强,并且在变形上满足了垂直度要求指标。
Force analysis of a type of large lifter supporting pedestal was carried out by using the finite element software.The results indicated that the distortion of the supporting pedestal did not meet the verticality requirements.Topology optimization of the supporting pedestal was carried out based on ABAQUS,and the structure model of the supporting pedestal was reconstructed.The supporting pedestal design was optimized by using the behavior modeling function of Creo,and the best solution of the parameters was obtained.The results showed that the mass of the optimized supporting pedestal was reduced,while the rigidity was increased remarkably;the distortion of the optimized supporting pedestal satisfied the verticality requirements.
