摘要
加氢站内采用小型橇装天然气制氢已经成为全球加氢站发展的重要趋势之一。在对橇装天然气制氢技术和发展现状总结分析的基础上,对比了中国首套橇装天然气制氢装置的技术与国外同类产品的技术参数。针对橇装天然气制氢物料风险和工艺风险的分析,利用FLACS(流体动力学计算软件)进行事故后果三维模拟,结果显示,装置内部发生火灾时喷射火热辐射强度达到37.5 kW/m^(2)的影响范围小于4.7 m。基于模拟结果给出了橇装制氢装置与其他设备的推荐安全距离。最后,对橇装天然气制氢技术未来的发展和应用提出了建议。
It has become a key trend in the world to adopt on-site skid-mounted naturalgas to hydrogen generator.Based on summarizing and analyzing the technology and development,the paper compares the parameters of technologies of Chinese first on-site compact naturalgas to hydrogen generator and those of the same kind of products in foreign countries.Considering the analysis on the material risk and technology risks,the paper takes advantage of FLACS software to conduct the 3D simulation of the accident result.The result shows that when a fire occurs inside a facility,the thermal radiation range is small than 4.7 m when it reaches 37.5 kW/m^(2).According to the simulation result,recommended safe distance between the hydrogen generator and other equipment in the hydrogen refueling station is provided.Finally,the paper offers suggestions in terms of the development and application regarding the on-site skid-mounted naturalgas to hydrogen generator technology.
