摘要
CCUS-EOR(CO_(2)捕集利用封存与提高石油采收率)技术不仅是中国实现“碳达峰、碳中和”的重要举措,也是低渗透油田大幅提高采收率的战略性接替技术。统筹规划、高质量建设CO_(2)驱油埋存示范区是CCUS-EOR的工业化推广核心环节。在总结大庆油田前期试验阶段取得成果和经验的基础上,阐述了应用“四化”(工艺优化、布局优化、管控智能化、用能清洁化)技术措施打造CO_(2)百万吨级注入规模“负碳”示范区的地面工程规划技术路线,最后提出了持续优化完善驱油埋存示范区建设的建议:通过工程实践不断优化简化工艺;加强各系统之间的集成优化;利用数字化手段优化生产运行的同时测算CO_(2)埋存量。
CCUS-EOR(capture,utilization and storage of CO_(2) and enhanced oil recovery)technology is not only a key measure China adopts to achieve the“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”goal,but also a strategic replacement technology to greatly increase the ratio of storage and recovery concerning low permeability oilfields.It remains a fundamental effort to plan and build oil displacement and storage demonstration area with high quality so as to push forward the industrial application of CCUS-EOR.Based on the achievements and experience of Daqing oilfield during the early trial stage,the paper elaborates“four aspects”(improving craft and layout,intelligent management and control as well as clean energy usage)which could be used to build the ground engineering in the“negative carbon”demonstration area at a scale of millions of tons of CO_(2) injection.Finally,the suggestions of continuously optimizing and improving the construction of oil displacement and storage demonstration area are put forward herein.Firstly,we should continue to by means of engineering practice;secondly,we should enhance the integration and optimization among systems;thirdly,we should resort to digital methods to upgrade the production and operation while calculating the amount of CO_(2) storage.
