摘要
本文基于电磁场理论和Maxwell软件,对一种塑壳断路器用高倍数整定电流值的电磁式断路器脱扣器进行优化设计和分析,并通过试验研究验证了该优化设计的正确性。研究结果表明,通过设计分磁回路来减少脱扣器动、静铁芯组成的磁回路的磁场,可以解决高倍数整定电流值情况下铁芯磁饱和的问题,并且脱扣器性能稳定,受周围铁磁物质影响小。
Based on electromagnetic field theory and Maxwell software,the optimal design and analysis of an electromagnetic circuit breaker trip device with high multiple setting current value of plastic-case circuit breaker are carried out,and the correctness of the optimization design is verified by experimental research.The research results show that the magnetic field of the circuit composed of movable and static iron cores of the release can be reduced by designing a magnetic separation circuit,which can solve the problem of magnetic saturation of the iron core under the condition of high multiple setting current value.Moreover,the performance of the release is stable and the influence of surrounding ferromagnetic substances is small.
