摘要
通过对炉卷生产线薄规格钢板探伤缺陷的分析,发现该缺陷为钢板内部存在大尺寸的钙铝酸盐夹杂物在轧制中扩展引起的。而Ca处理工艺不当使得铝镇静钢脱氧过程中产生的脱氧产物未能充分上浮去除是夹杂物的来源,连铸结晶器流场不合理促使了夹杂物在板坯宽度四分之一附近聚集。通过优化钢水Ca处理工艺,解决了炉卷生产线薄规格钢板探伤缺陷的问题。
By analyzing of ultrasonic tested defects of thin gauge steel plate on production line of coil,it was found that defects were large size of calcium-aluminates inclusion expanded during rolling of plates.The origin of inclusions were products of de-oxygen of Al-killed steel which did not float and were not removed because of im-proper Ca treatment process.The inclusions were gathered near the 1/4 of broadness of slabs due to irrational flow field of caster mold.By optimization of Ca treatment process,the problem of ultrasonic tested defects of thin gauge steel plate on production line of coil were solved.
